2. Part B funding allocations for subrecipients –All subrecipients previously agreed to remain level based on funding allocations in 2024 approved SPIL extension.
3. Finalize (for January Council review and approval) SPIL goals, objectives, benchmarks and organizational responsibility
4. Review questions and comments on goal 3
5. Other?
6. Identify who will complete Section 3 (CILs) – Reminder, this section identifies/defines who is unserved/underserved and what counties are served by each CIL.
7. Set draft completion date – no later than January 5 for formatting, printing and mailing
